Beauty Belongs empowers underserved girls by providing essential beauty and hygiene resources, confidence-building experiences, educational opportunities, and mentorship that help them thrive with dignity and self-confidence.

For a long time, I had wanted to direct my energy toward something that was solely about giving back—something rooted in purpose and service, while still embracing the principles of good business, accountability, and thoughtful execution. I especially wanted to do something on behalf of young girls.
That idea was deeply personal to me, shaped by the incredibly gifted women who have influenced my life: my incomparable mother, Marilyn, who passed away in 2014; my wife, Sabrina, whose talent, strength, and compassion inspire me every day; my daughter, Nyeema, whose perspective and spirit have given the idea an even deeper meaning; and the countless women who have positively impacted my life.
What began as an idea became something much more meaningful when Sabrina, Nyeema, and I began developing it together—turning a personal desire to give back into what would become Beauty Belongs.

That is what makes Beauty Belongs so real to us: it was born from our own experiences, relationships, and genuine inspiration. We want our mission to be more than words—it should be something lived by everyone who works with us and every young woman who counts on us.
Our vision is intentionally inclusive and simple: to reach as many young ladies as we can and help provide the resources, encouragement, confidence, and belief they need to thrive with dignity and become the best version of themselves.
Most importantly, we want every girl we reach to know something that we believe deeply ourselves: she belongs, she matters, and she deserves to feel amazing about who she is and who she can become.
